dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce ,,Nástroje islámského finančnictví'' je analýza fungování islámských finančních nástrojů. V první části je stručný přehled nazírání na úrok ze strany ostatních monoteistických náboženství, základy o islámském náboženství a pro uvedení do tématu je popsaná historie bankovnictví na Blízkém východě. V další části jsou zmapována teoretická východiska islámského finančnictví, podle Muhammada Báqira as-Sadra, významného islámského učence. Na konci třetí kapitoly jsou vysvětleny základní principy islámských financí. Poslední část se zabývá deskripcí jednotlivých nástrojů islámského bankovnictví i pojišťovnictví a analýzou jejich technik provedení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis titled ,,Tools of Islamic financial system '' is an analysis of the functioning of Islamic financial instruments. In the first part of this thesis, there is a brief overview of how other monotheistic religions see the issue of interest rate. This part of the thesis also presents the foundations of the Islamic religion and to introduce the topic of islamic financing it desribes the history of banking in the Middle East. In the next part, the thesis introduces the theoretical bases of Islamic finance according to Muhammad Baqir as-Sadr, who is a prominent Islamic scholar. At the end of the third part, the basic principles of Islamic finance are explained. The last part of the thesis describes the various instruments of Islamic banking, islamic insurance and analyzes their technique.en
