dc.description.abstractTéma bakalářské práce je věnován ošetřovatelské péči o pacienty s věkem podmíněnou makulární degenerací. V první kapitole popisujeme anatomii sítnice, kterou toto onemocnění postihuje. Další kapitoly se věnují jednotlivým formám onemocnění, jejich diagnostice a léčbě. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se zabýváme zásadami ošetřovatelské péče o zrakově postižené. Veškeré poznatky v teoretické části vycházejí z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Praktická část práce se zabývá kvalitativní metodou výzkumu, formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. První fází výzkumu je nalezení vhodných pacientů a rozhovor s nimi. Získané informace, od pacientů ve stádiu praktické slepoty vlivem onemocnění věkem podmíněnou makulární degenerací, jsou shrnuty v závěru práce. Výstupem výzkumu je vytvoření edukační brožury, jak správně přistupovat k zrakově postiženým.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of Bachelor thesis is dedicates Nursing care for patients with age-related macular degeneration. The first chapter describe anatomy of macula, witch is affeced by this illness. The next chapters are devoted to particular forms of the disease, diagnosis and treatment. In the last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the principles of nursing care for the visually impaired. All knowledge of the theoretical part are drawn from professional literature and from internet sources. The practical part of thesis is deals with the qualitative method of research in the form of a semi-structured interview. The first stage of research is find suitable patients and interview with them. Information obtained from patients in the stage of practical blindness due to age-related macular degeneration is summarized at the end of the thesis. The outcome of the research is the creation of an educational booklet on how to work visually impaired people.en
