| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá možností fyzioterapie u Dupuytrenovy kontraktury. V teoretické části je nejdříve popsána anatomie struktur zasahovaných tímto onemocněním, výskyt, etiologie a průběh nemoci. Dále jsou popsány typy Dupuytrenovy nemoci, vyšetření, konzervativní a operační terapie, komplikace a rehabilitační postupy. V závěru teoretické části je zmíněna progrese a recidiva onemocnění. Kazuistiky v praktické části se zabývají terapií čtyř pacientů, tří žen a jednoho muže. Každá z těchto osob je na jedné nebo obou rukách postižena Dupuytrenovou nemocí. U jedné ženy je onemocnění v počátečním stadiu a kontraktura ještě není rozvinuta. Další je postižena recidivou i dalším výskytem. U poslední ženy je stav po operaci kontraktury stabilizován a funkci ruky komplikuje mírná paréza. U muže byly operovány obě ruce již před několika lety, poté byla na jedné ruce provedena reoperace. Stav tří pacientů se zlepšil. Ve čtvrtém případě se nezměnil, nejspíše z důvodu parézy. U dvou pacientů s již rozvinutou kontrakturou došlo k jejímu částečnému povolení, u pacientky v počátečním stadiu byly zmírněny příznaky Dupuytrenovy nemoci. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny její výsledky, které jsou pak dále rozvedeny a diskutovány v závěrečné diskusi. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis describes possibilities of physiotherapy of a Dupuytren´s contracture. At the beginning of the theoretical part, information is provided about the anatomy of the structures that are affected with this disease, incidence, etiology and development of this illness. Different types of Dupuytren´s disease are described. Their examination, conservative, operational therapy, complications and rehabilitation are described later. At the end of the theoretical part there is written about progress and relapse of the disease. The case interpretations in the practical part describe therapy of four patients, three females and one male. Each of the people was affected with Dupuytren´s contracture on one or both hands. First female described had the disease in the initial stadium and the contracture had not been developed yet. Second female was affected with a relapse and new incidence of the disease. Third female examined undergone a surgical operation and was in stabilized condition. However the function of the hand was complicated with a minor paresis. The male studied undergone a surgical operation 11 years ago on one hand. The hand was later operated again jointly with operation of the other hand. State of three patients improved. State of the fourth patient remained unchanged, the cause was most likely the paresis. The finger flexed position of two patiens improved partially, symptoms were reduced in case of the patient in the initial stadium of Dupuytren´s contracture. In the closing part results of the therapy are evaluated. Results are then particularized and discussed in the final discussion. | en |
