dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce bylo vypracování studie proveditelnosti konkrétního startup projektu a zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti tohoto projektu. První část práce definuje základní pojmy investic, investičních projektů a forem financování. Dále se zaměřuje na specifika startup projektů, možnosti financování prostřednictvím rizikového kapitálu a další formy podpory. Součástí druhé, hlavní části práce je vypracování studie proveditelnosti, která slouží jako podklad pro rozhodování o realizaci startupu. V závěrečné části práce je hodnocena ekonomická efektivnost investic využitím běžných metod hodnocení (doba návratnosti, čistá současná hodnota, index rentability, vnitřní výnosové procento) a posouzena realizovatelnost startup projektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the master thesis is to work out a feasibility study of a specific start-up project and economic evaluation of it. The first part of the thesis defines theoretical terms of investment and investment financing forms. Further, specifics of start-ups, opportunities of start-ups financed through venture capital and other forms of support are described. The core part of the thesis is aimed at the start-up feasibility study. Collected data gained by market and risk analyses is essential for the decision of business angels? investors on engaging in a start-up. The final part of the thesis includes the analysis of investment economic efficiency using the most common methods like payback period, net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return as well as the feasibility of the selected start-up.en
