dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá tématem ošetřovatelské péče o novorozence s hypoxicko-ischemickou encefalopatií. Snahou bylo zmapovat vědomosti nelékařského ošetřujícího personálu (NELZP) o této problematice. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř úseků. První část se věnuje perinatální asfyxii, která předchází vzniku diagnózy hypoxicko-ischemická encefalopatie (HIE). Druhá část je zaměřena na samotnou diagnózu HIE. Ve třetí části jsem popsala poměrně novou léčebnou metodu v léčbě HIE, kterou je řízená terapeutická hypotermie. Čtvrtá část popisuje souhrnně ošetřovatelskou část této problematiky. Praktická část, na základě dotazníkového šetření, zmapovala vědomosti NELZP v oblasti péče o novorozence s HIE. Z výsledku šetření vyplynulo, že ošetřující personál ve FN Plzeň má velmi dobré znalosti o této problematice. Výstupem práce je návrh ošetřovatelského standardu.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The work deals with the topic of nursing care for neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. The aim was to map the knowledge of the attending paramedical staff (NELZP) on this issue. The theoretical part is divided into four sections. The first part deals with perinatal asphyxia, which precedes the diagnosis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). The second part focuses on the actual diagnosis of HIE. In the third part, I describe a relatively new method in treatment of HIE, which is controlled therapeutic hypothermia. The fourth section describes collectively the nursing section of this issue. The practical part, on the basis of survey mapped the knowledge NELZP in the care of newborns with HIE. The investigation showed that the nursing staff at University Hospital Pilsen has a very good knowledge of the issue. Outcome of this work is the design of the nursing standard.	en
