dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na komplexní analýzu vývoje hodnoty nemovité kulturní památky, na příkladu zámeckého areálu ve Zruči nad Sázavou. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit historický kontext, způsob správy a jednotlivé etapy rekonstrukce areálu, včetně finančního zajištění a využití nástrojů facility managementu. Součástí práce je rovněž posouzení efektivity investovaných prostředků a stanovení orientační tržní hodnoty objektu s využitím dvou rozdílných metod. Výsledky zahrnují také hodnocení vývoje kulturní a turistické atraktivity zámeckého areálu v čase. Práce přináší praktické poznatky pro oblast správy kulturních památek a přispívá k odborné diskusi o stanovení kulturní hodnoty nemovitých památek.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the development of the value of a real estate cultural monument, using the example of the castle complex in Zruč nad Sázavou. The main objective is to evaluate the historical context, the method of administration and the individual stages of the reconstruction of the complex, including financial security and the use of facility management tools. The thesis also includes an assessment of the effectiveness of the invested funds and the determination of the approximate market value of the object using two different methods. The results also include an assessment of the development of the cultural and tourist attractiveness of the castle complex over time. The thesis brings practical knowledge for the field of cultural monument management and contributes to the expert discussion on determining the cultural value of real estate monuments.en
