dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá astronomickou a meteorologickou naukou Anaximena z Mílétu, třetího v pořadí tzv. mílétských myslitelů. Osob, jež jsou tradičně spojováni se zrodem filosofického myšlení. Počáteční kapitoly práce jsou věnované charakteristice doby a života myslitele a vymezením jeho pojetí arché, kterou je v tomto případě vzduch. Následně se práce obrací na rozbor jednotlivých meteorologických pouček, ve kterých je využita Anaximenova koncepce zhušťování a zřeďování vzduchu. Zabývá se rovněž úlohou a významem meteorologické nauky, která podstatnou měrou ovlivnila uvažování této osoby. Posledním velkým tématem je rozbor Anaximenových astronomických úvah. Ty se mimo jiné věnují vzniku nebeských těles, jejich podobě a umístění v kosmu, nebo způsobu jejich oběhu kolem Země.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the astronomical and meteorological science of Anaximenes of Miletus, the last of the three Milesian philosophers who are traditionally associated with the origin of philosophical thinking. The initial chapters of this thesis are devoted to the characterization of the era and the thinker's life and also to the specification of his concept of arche which is in this case represented by air. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the analysis of particular meteorological propositions which are based on Anaximenes' conception of condensation and evaporation of air. This part of the thesis also deals with the role and significance of the meteorological knowledge which influenced the thinking of this personage to a considerable extent. The last important theme is the analysis of Anaximenes' astronomical contemplations. These contemplations, besides other things, focus on the origin of heavenly bodies and their appearance and location in the Cosmos or the way they orbit the Earth.en
