dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce je analýza historického právního vývoje práv zadrženého a jejich dodržování ze strany státní moci s ohledem na jednotlivá období právní historie. Diplomová práce na téma Práva zadrženého z hlediska právně historického - komparatistického je rozvržena do 4 částí. První část se pojednává o době stuartovské Anglie. Druhá část se zabývá vývojem trestního práva a úpravou osobních práv a svobod za doby tzv. Obnoveného zřízení zemského. Třetá část pojednává, resp. srovnává vývoj trestního řízení po druhé světové válce. Závěr této diplomové práce pojednává o současné právní úpravě práv zadrženého.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the thesis is to analyze the historical development of the legal rights of a detained and their identification by the state power with respect to the individual periods of legal history. Thesis about the topic of detainee rights in terms of historical - comparable legal is divided into 4 parts. The first part deals with the time of Stuart England. The second part deals with the development of criminal justice and treatment of personal rights and freedoms during the time of the establishment of a Renewed Earth. The third part deals, respectively compares the development of criminal proceedings after the Second World War. The conclusion of this thesis deals with the current legislation the rights of a detained.en
