dc.description.abstractPráce si klade za cíl přiblížit proces vzniku a fungování jedné z nejstarších evropských institucí, ze které se postupem doby stal obávaný fenomén a dá se říci, že její pověst je dodnes temným stínem křesťanské církve. Časově je ohraničena koncem středověku - práce tedy není zaměřena na řešení tzv. "čarodějnických procesů", které jsou ve většině případů již novověkou záležitostí. Předmětem zkoumání je zejména původní účel založení této instituce, kterým bylo cílené vyhledávání náboženských názorů a učení, které křesťanská církev označovala jako herezi a dále také systém jejího fungovlání. Práce se také zaměří na řád sv. Dominika v souvislosti s jeho pověřením hlavního vykonavatele inkviziční činnosti (spolu s menší úlohou františkánského řádu).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis seeks to explain process of formation and functioning of one of the oldest European institution, from which over time became a feared phenomenon and we can say that her reputation is still dark shadow of the Christian Church. Time is bounded by end of Middle Ages - the work is not aimed at solving the so-called. "Witch trials", which in most cases are already a matter of modern times. The subject of investigation is particularly original purpose of the establishment of this institution, which has been targeted search of religious views and teachings that marked the Christian church as heresy, and also a system of its functioning. Work will also focus on the Order of St. Dominika in connection with the commission of the main executors of the inquisitorial activity (along with the smaller role of the Franciscan Order). Used processing methods: descriptive, comparative and analytical methods.en
