dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta se zajištěnými dýchacími cestami s potřebou umělé plicní ventilace a následného dlouhodobého weaningu. Skládá se ze dvou hlavních částí. První část je teoretická, kde je popsána anatomie a fyziologie dýchacího systému. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány umělé plicní ventilaci, způsobům zajištění dýchacích cest a základním bodům ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s potřebou umělé plicní ventilace. Druhá část je empirická, která je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum vypracováním dvou případových studií a jejich následnou komparací. V diskusi a závěru je shrnuto porovnání ošetřovatelské péče o vybrané dva respondenty. Jsou zde shrnuty výsledky z analýzy dat a porovnání s podobně tématicky zaměřenými pracemi. Při ošetřovatelské péči v obou případových studiích byla zohledněna všechna specifika ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty s ohledem na jejich individuální potřeby.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s work deals with nursing care for patiens with secured airways with the need of artificial pulmonary ventilation and consequent long-term weaning. The work consists of two main parts. The first theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, following chapters then introduce pulmonary ventilation, ways of securing airways, and basic issues of nursing care for patiens with the need of artificial pulmonary ventilation. The second empirical part specifies qualitative research through two case studies and their subsequent comparison. In the discussion and in the conclusion, a comparison of nursing care for two selected respondents is provided and results of data analysis are summarised. In both study cases, all specific matters of nursing care for these patients regarding their special needs were considered.en
