dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá osobou Rudolfa III. Habsburského a politikou na přelomu 13. a 14. století. Rudolf III. Z Habsburku je osobnost, která je historicky poměrně přehlížena.Nejdříve se oženil s Blanchem z Francie; jeho druhou manželkou byla Polska Elizabeth Richeza. Manželská politika je typická pro Habsburky. Bohužel Rudolf III. Z Habsburku zemřel bez potomků. Král se snažil snížit finanční deficit pokladnice českého království. Část české šlechty tak odporovala jeho politice. Zatímco potlačoval opoziční centra, král zemřel během obléhání Horažďovic v červenci 1307.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work deals with the person of Rudolf III. Habsburg and the policy of the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries. Rudolf III of Habsburg is a personality which is quite overlooked historically.First he married Blanche of France; his second wife was Elizabeth Richeza of Poland. Marriage policy is typical for the Habsburgs. Unfortunately, Rudolf III of Habsburg died without descendants. The king tried to decrease the financial deficit of the treasury of the Czech kingdom. A part of the Czech nobility therefore opposed his policy. While suppressing the opposition centres, the king died during the siege of Horažďovice in July 1307.en
