| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Heydrichovy správní reformy a jejích právních důsledků. V úvodu diplomové práce je nastíněn historický kontext vzniku Protektorátu Čechy a Morava, včetně přijetí Mnichovské dohody a následného zřízení Protektorátu. Práce dále popisuje říšskoněmecké a autonomní právní předpisy, které ovlivňovaly správní uspořádání. Hlavní část se věnuje Heydrichově protektorátní politice a zejména jeho správní reformě, která probíhala ve dvou fázích. Pozornost je také věnována vývoji správní reformy po atentátu na Reinharda Heydricha a důsledkům jeho reforem na právní systém a veřejnou správu v Protektorátu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je popsat a analyzovat klíčové aspekty obou fází Heydrichovy správní reformy se zvláštním zaměřením na její právní důsledky, a to především prostřednictvím rozboru dobových právních předpisů vydaných nacistickým Německem. | cs |

The introduction outlines the historical context of the establishment of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, including the signing of the Munich Agreement and the subsequent creation of the Protectorate. The thesis further describes the Reich German and autonomous legal regulations that influenced the administrative structure. The main body of the work addresses Heydrich's protectorate policy, particularly his administrative reform, which took place in two phases. Attention is also given to the development of the administrative reform following the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich and the consequences of his reforms on the legal system and public administration in the Protectorate.
