| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou polymerů s vlastní vodivostí. Ve své úvodní kapitole se zaměřuje na obecný popis problematiky vodivých polymerů. V následující kapitole jsou pak vysvětleny vodivostní mechanismy a dopování těchto materiálů. V závěrečné kapitole je prakticky ověřen vliv dopování na elektrickou vodivost polyanilinu dopovaného kyselinou sírovou, octovou a dusičnou. Pro vyhodnocení vlivu dopování na elektrickou vodivost tohoto polymeru byly změřeny voltampérové charakteristiky a frekvenční závislost impedance při různých teplotách. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The master thesis deals with the characterization of intrinsically conducting polymers. The first chapter of this master thesis focuses on a general description of the problem of conductive polymers. The following chapter explains the conduction mechanisms and doping of these materials. In the last chapter is practically verified the influence of doping on the electrical conductivity of the polyaniline doped with sulfuric, acetic and nitric acid. To evaluate the effect of doping on the electrical conductivity of this polymer volt-ampere characteristics and frequency dependence of impedance at different temperatures were measured. | en |
