dc.description.abstract-translatedIn her contribution, the author focuses on the relationship between freedom of expression and the right to protection of the results of creative intellectual activity, since their mutual relationship in legal theory is not given much attention. As part of the article, the author also focuses on private law and public means of copyright protection in the legal order of the Slovak Republic, especially the crime of copyright infringement under § 283 of Act no. 300/2005 Coll. criminal code with reference to application problems.en
