dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce bylo srovnání ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné s diabetes mellitus v domácím a nemocničním prostředí. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí a historií diabetes mellitus, etiologií a druhy diabetu, dále je popsán klinický obraz a komplikace diabetu. Popsány jsou akutní a pozdní komplikace s terapií diabetes mellitus. Dále je zde srovnána domácí a nemocniční péče z hlediska nemocného. V druhé, praktické části, jsou srovnávací grafy glykemií, kazuistiky respondentů, ošetřovatelské plány diabetes mellitus. Jsou zde přepisy rozhovorů na kladené otázky. V závěru práce se klade důraz na stálou edukaci nemocného v diabetologické poradně a stálé připomínání, že nemocný musí stále dodržovat dietní a pohybový režim.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelors text, was to compare the nursing care of patients with diabetes mellitus at home and in the hospital environment. The theoretical part deals with the definition and history of diabetes mellitus, etiology and types of diabetes, further are described clinical features and complications of diabetes. Described herein are acute and late complications of diabetes mellitus therapy. There is also compared home and hospital care from the perspective of the patient. In the second part are comparative graphs glycemic control, case study respondents, and care plans of diabetes mellitus. There are transcripts of interviews on the questionaires. In conclusion, the emphasis is on constant repetition of education in diabetes and diabetic counseling constantly reminded that the patient must adhere to diet and exercise.en
