dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na orientaci studentů ošetřovatelství v legislativě vztahující se k profesi všeobecné sestry. Popisuje legislativní rámec, který tvoří základ k poskytování kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče. Klade důraz na zákon č. 96/2004 Sb. o nelékařských zdravotnických povoláních a jeho novelizace, povinnou mlčenlivost zdravotnických pracovníků a standardy ošetřovatelské péče. Cílem výzkumného šetření není pouze zmapovat orientaci studentů ošetřovatelství v legislativě, ale i postoje, které k této problematice zaujímají. Šetření se zaměřuje také na zhodnocení oblastí legislativy, v kterých mají studenti největší nedostatky.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the orientation of nursing students in the legislation relating to the profession of general nurse. It describes the legislative framework which forms the basis for providing quality nursing care. Thesis emphasizes the Law 96/2004 Coll., on non-medical health professions and its amendments. It also highlights the mandatory confidentiality of medical personnel and the standarts of nursing care. The aim of the research is not only to map the orientation of nursing students in the legislation, but also to map their attitudes to this issues. The research also focuses on the evaluation of area of legistation, in which students have the greatest shortcomings.	en
