dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metodiku a jednotlivé prvky energetického auditu budov. V rešeršní části práce jsou rozebírány možnosti provedení vytápěcích, osvětlovacích, větracích a chladících systémů. Práce poukazuje také na rozdílné metody výstavby budov v různých časových obdobích, jejichž materiálové a konstrukční vlastnosti jsou zásadní pro provádění jejich energetického auditu. V praktické části práce je proveden výpočet energetické náročnosti dvou rodinných domů postavených v letech 2005 a 2012 pomocí programu NKN. Získané výsledky a možnosti jejich potenciálních úsporných opatření jsou zhodnoceny z hlediska investičních nároků a návratnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is aimed at the method and individual elements of an energy audit of buildings. In the research part of thesis, design possibilities of heating, lighting, ventilation and cooling systems are discussed. It also points to the different methods of the construction of building in the various time periods, and to the material and design features that are crucial for the implementation in the energy audit. In the practical part of thesis is carried calculation of the energy performance of two houses built between 2005 and 2012 using the NKN. The results are obtained and the possibilities of their potential cost-saving measures are evaluated in terms of return on investment requirements and return.en
