dc.description.abstractAnotace Příjmení a jméno: Dagmar Lojínová Katedra: Fyzioterapie a ergoterapie Název práce: Zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených osob v plzeňském regionu Vedoucí práce: Ing. Petr Šika Počet stran: 86 Počet příloh: 2 Počet titulů použité literatury: Klíčová slova: osoba se zdravotním postižením, Plzeňský region, rehabilitace, Souhrn: Zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených osob v Plzeňském regionu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje pět základních kapitol, které jsou rozšířeny o jednotlivé podkapitoly. Na začátku práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, týkající se handicapu, na které navazuje definice osob se zdravotním po-stižením. Dalšími kapitolami teoretické části jsou jednotlivé poruchy, jejich rozdělení, pří-činy a množství jedinců s postižením v populaci. Na tuto obecnou tématiku navazuje kapi-tola rehabilitace, kde je největší pozornost věnována sociální, pracovní a předpracovní re-habilitaci. Poslední kapitoly teoretické části jsem věnovala možnostem zaměstnávání po-stižených osob a službám poskytovaných postiženým osobám v Plzeňském regionu. Prak-tická část je zrealizovaná, jak dotazníkovou formou, tak formou kazuistickou a navíc je doplněna o popis Domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením ve Stodě.cs

The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part contains five main chapters, which are expanded into the individual subsections. The thesis starts with an ex-planation of the basic concepts related to disability, which is followed by the definition of persons with disabilities. Other chapters of the theoretical part address particular disorders, their division, causes and number of individuals with disabilities in the population. This introductory topic is then followed by the rehabilitation chapter, which focuses on social, work, and Pre-work rehabilitation. The last chapters of the theoretical part are dedi-cated to employment opportunities of disabled people and related services provided in the Pilsen region. The practical part is elaborated in form of a questionnaire and a case study and it's extended with the description of the Home for people with disabilities in Stod.en
