dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí obcí v ochraně životního prostředí z pohledu práva. Úvodní část práce je věnována ochraně životního prostředí, jejím zakotvením v Ústavě a organizací této ochrany. Následující kapitola je zaměřena na právní postavení obcí. V této části práce jsou uvedeny základní znaky obcí a vymezena jejich působnost. Stěžejní částí této bakalářské práce je kapitola čtvrtá, která se zabývá činnostmi obcí v oblasti právní ochrany vybraných složek životního prostředí. Jsou zde uvedeny kompetence obcí na úseku ochrany ovzduší, vod, půdy, lesa, přírody a krajiny a v oblasti nakládání s odpady.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor work deals with the role of municipalities in environmental protection from the perspective of law. The introductory part is devoted to environmental protection, the enshrining in the Constitution and the organization of this protection. The following chapter focuses on the legal status of municipalities. In this part are listed the basic features of the municipalities and also are defined their powers. The main part of this thesis is the fourth chapter, which deals with the activities of the municipalities in the legal protection of selected components of the environment. Here are listed the competencies of the municipalities in the protection of air, water, soil, forest, nature and landscape and competencies in the area of waste management.en
