dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy laktátu ve sportovní medicíně. Obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je pojednáno o metabolismu a funkci laktátu v lidském organismu, o možnostech stanovení laktátu v laboratoři spolu s preanalytickými vlivy a možnou interferencí. Rozebírána je také úloha laktátu ve sportu a obecný vhled do zátěžových vyšetření. Součástí teoretické části je i shrnutí analytických vlastností a postupů pro porovnávání laboratorních metod. Tyto postupy jsou následně využity v praktické části této bakalářské práce, která se zabývá vyhodnocením výsledků získaných při experimentu v podobě zátěžového vyšetření. Výstupem této práce je porovnání výsledků z POCT analyzátoru laktátu Biosen C-Line firmy EKF Diagnostics a dvou osobních laktátometrů Lactate Scout 4 firmy EKF Diagnostics a Lactate Plus firmy Nova Biomedical s referenční metodou a vliv těchto zjištění na hodnocení laktátové křivky u vytrvalostního sportovce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the issue of lactate analysis in sports medicine. It contains theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the metabolism and function of lactate in the human body, the possibilities of lactate analysis in the laboratory together with preanalytical influ ences and possible interference are discussed. The role of lactate in sports and general insight into incremental testing are also discussed. The theoretical section includes a summary of analytical characteristics and procedures for comparing laboratory methods. These proce dures are then used in the practical part of this bachelor thesis, which deals with the evalu ation of the results obtained in the graded exercise step test. The output of this thesis is a comparison of the results from the EKF Diagnostics Biosen C-Line POCT lactate analyser and two portable blood lactate analysers, the EKF Diagnostics Lactate Scout 4 and Nova Biomedical Lactate Plus, with a reference method and the effect of these findings on the assessment of the lactate curve in an endurance athlete.en
