dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat politický systém římské republiky v období krize a prostřednictvím analýzy zjistit, jaké byly příčiny krize a transformace republikánského zřízení na režim císařství. Při analýze jsem vycházela zejména ze souhry politických, ekonomických a vojenských faktorů. Práce je ohraničena počátkem hospodářské krize a obdobím prvního triumvirátu. V práci jsem se zabývala zejména charakteristikou politického systému a jednotlivých římských institucí v období římské republiky, přiblížením agrárního systému a jeho vývoje a také reformátorskými snahami o vyřešení prohlubující se krize. Teoretická část vychází z teorií sociologa Maxe Webera, který se zabýval agrárním vývojem starověku. V práci jsem dospěla k závěru, že krize římské republiky byla zapříčiněna kombinací několika faktorů. Krize republiky tak byla nevyhnutelná, protože nejdůležitější složky politického systému se o nápravu systému nesnažily, proto nutně došlo k jeho zániku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of this thesis is to characterize the political system of the Roman Republic in the period of crisis and to establish the causes of the crisis and transformation of the republican regime into the Empire. I used analysis as a method of work. The analysis is mainly based on interplay between the political, the economic and the military factors. The period covered in this thesis begins with the economic crisis and ends with the first triumvirate. In this work I have dealt mainly with the characteristics of the political system and the various institutions of the Roman Republic, the explanation of the agrarian system and its development, and the reformists´ efforts to resolve the deepening crisis. The theoretical part is based on the theories of the sociologist Max Weber, who worked on the agrarian development in the Antiquity. In this thesis I concluded that the crisis of the Roman Republic was caused by a combination of several factors. The crisis was thus inevitable, as the most important components of the political system did not try to resolve the crisis, which lead to the demise of the republican regime.en
