dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdíly v organizačních strukturách základních složek IZS. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní složky IZS a integrovaný záchranný systém samotný. Zmiňujeme zde vznik a historický vývoj těchto složek a IZS, legislativu a organizaci. U zdravotnické záchranné služby je zmíněno i její fungování v zahraničí. Praktická část je zaměřena na současné decentralizované vedení zdravotnické záchranné služby a možnost její centralizace. Zaměřujeme se na výhody, nevýhody a změny, které by případná centralizace přinesla.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with differences in organizational structure of basic components in the Integrate Rescue System. The bachelor thesis is separate to theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part analyses basic components of the Integrate Rescue System and the Integrate Rescue System itself. The work begins with formation and historical progress of this components and the Integrate Rescue System. Also this part of the work mentions legislation and organization. Furthermore, about it include ambulance system in foreign countries as well. The practical part is focused on currant decentralized management of Emergency Medical Service and the possibility to centralize it. It focused on advantages, disadvantages and changes, which would be brought by the prospective centralization.	en
