| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výrobu přípravku pro autoservis. Jedná se o přípravek pro výměnu rozvodové sady na motoru Renault. Cílem je vyrobit nový přípravek a vylepšit stávající dostupnými metodami, co nejjednodušším způsobem, při zachování funkce a za nižších nákladů na výrobu. V práci je nejprve představena funkce přípravku. Dále práce seznamuje s výrobními stroji, popisuje postup reverzního inženýrství. Následně je zhodnocena technologičnost konstrukce, vytvořeny 3D modely, zvolen materiál a další důležité parametry. V poslední fázi je popsán návrh technologie výroby. Výsledky práce jsou zveřejněny v textu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the production of tool set for a car service. This tool set is for replacement timing belt, pulleys and water pump on the Renault engine. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to fabricate tool set, which will be simpler than the current one while maintaining function at lower production costs. In first part of the thesis, the functions of the tools set are explained. Further, the work presents machines that are available for use and also describes the reverse engineering procedure. Building modifications, 3D models, selected material and other parameters were chosen based on the technological design. The last part describes the layout of the production technology. The results of the thesis are published in the text. | en |
