dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá problematikou manipulace s biologickým materiálem v práci všeobecné sestry. Jedná se především o manipulaci se vzorky biologického materiálu určeného k laboratorní diagnostice, zahrnující odebírání, skladování a transport vzorků do laboratoře. Práce se okrajově zabývá také manipulací s kontaminovaným materiálem tak, aby se zamezilo přenosu nozokomiálních, či profesionálních nákaz. Praktická část se pomocí dotazníku určeného všeobecným sestrám zaměřuje na nejčastější problémy vyskytující se při manipulaci s biologickým materiálem, používání ochranných osobních pracovních pomůcek a využívání laboratorních příruček. Dále se také zabývá poraněními kontaminovaným ostrým předmětem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the manipulation with a biological material in nursing practice. The most discussed issue is the problem of the manipulation with samples of the biological material for laboratory diagnostics, which includes sampling, storage and transport of the material to the laboratory. The thesis briefly discusses the manipulation with the contaminated material in order to avoid nosocomial and professional infections. The practical part is focused on the most frequent problems concerning the manipulation with the biological material, the use of personal protective equipment and the use of laboratory handbooks, with help of a questionnaire for nurses. The thesis also discusses injuries caused by contaminated needles.en
