dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na auditorskou dokumentaci jakožto významný důkazní prostředek auditora, prokazující, že provedl veškeré relevantní auditorské postupy, techniky a testy, které mu Mezinárodní auditorské standardy a právní předpisy ukládají. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je aplikovat auditorský software DATEV-AUDIT a vytvořit tak praktický návod pro vedení auditorské dokumentace vhodný pro použití v malých a středních auditorských firmách. Naplnění hlavního cíle se opírá o tři dílčí cíle, a to (i) podat ucelený přehled požadavků, které je nutno při vedení auditorské dokumentace respektovat, (ii) analyzovat nejčastěji se opakující nedostatky ve vedení spisů auditora týkajících se ověřování účetní závěrky a (iii) aplikací auditorského softwaru DATEV-AUDIT eliminovat tyto nedostatky. Dosažené výsledky diplomové práce pak představují praktický nástroj a rychlou pomůcku jak vést srozumitelný a přehledný spis, ze kterého lze vysledovat, jak si auditor při práci počínal (od identifikace možných rizik při přijetí zakázky až po vydání auditorské zprávy).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on the audit documentation as important audit evidence, proving that auditor has performed all relevant audit processes, techniques and tests in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The main aim of this thesis is to apply auditing software DATEV-AUDIT and create a guidance for conduct of the audit documentation for practical use by the small and medium audit firms. Achievement of the main aim is based on the following sub-aims (i) to provide a comprehensive overview of the requirements that must be observed in conduct of the audit documentation, (ii) analyze the most recurrent deficiencies in managing the audit documentation related to the financial statement audit and (iii) apply the audit software DATEV-AUDIT to eliminate deficiencies. An achievement of this diploma thesis represents practical and quick tool how to keep understandable and well-arranged audit file, which records the auditor activities from identification of potential risks to auditor´s report.en
