dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu finančního řízení a plánování ve zvolené pojišťovně. Úvodní část obsahuje teoretické vymezení základních pojmů a specifik pojišťovnictví, finančního plánování a řízení v komerčních pojišťovnách. Analytická část práce je zahájena představením zvolené pojišťovny. Další kapitola zahrnuje finanční analýzu zvolené pojišťovny. Následuje analýza a vyhodnocení finančního plánování pojišťovny. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu dalších částí finančního řízení a jeho vyhodnocení ve vybrané pojišťovně. V závěru této části práce jsou uvedeny závěry a konkrétní doporučení pro vedení firmy v oblasti finančního plánování a řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of financial management and planning in the selected Insurance company. The introductory part includes theoretical specification of basic terms and particularities of insurance industry, of financial planning and management in insurance companies. The analytical part of the thesis is initiated with introduction of the selected insurance company. Followed by financial analysis of the company and analysis of the financial planning and financial plans of the company. The last chapter includes analysis of the financial management in the selected company. In the conclusion of this part there are evaluations and specific recommendations concerning company leading in the financial planning and management fields.en
