dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou multikulturní péče. Teoretická část je věnována multikulturní a transkulturní péči a jejich historii. Zabývá se teoretickými a vědeckými podklady multikulturní péče, multikulturní péčí v praxi, vzděláváním, komunikací, etickými aspekty a rasizmem. Popisuje specifika multikulturní péče z hlediska náboženství jako faktoru ovlivňujícího její poskytování pacientům vybraných náboženských vyznání. Teoretická část se dále zabývá komplikacemi v multikulturní péči. Závěr teoretické části je věnován budoucnosti a hlavním zásadám pro poskytování multikulturní péče. Praktickou část tvoří výzkum zaměřený na znalosti všeobecných sester ve vybraných oblastech multikulturní péče v souvislosti s jejich nejvyšším dosaženým vzděláním a v souvislosti s délkou jejich zdravotnické praxe. První vybranou oblastí pro výzkumné šetření jsou specifika prvotního kontaktu s pacientem jiné kultury, kdy je pro toto šetření vybráno pět hlavních náboženských směrů, kterými jsou křesťanství, judaismus, islám, hinduismus a budhismus. Druhou vybranou oblastí jsou pak specifika výživy a stravovacích návyků u pacientů jiné kultury, kdy se rovněž toto výzkumné šetření zaměřuje na pět hlavních náboženských směrů. Praktickým výstupem diplomové práce je edukační materiál se stejnojmenným názvem, vycházející z poznatků zjištěných výzkumným šetřením.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main topic of the thesis is multicultural nursing care. The theoretical part deals with multicultural and transcultural nursing care and their history. It delves into the theoretical and scientific sources of multicultural care, practical multicultural care, education, communication, ethical aspects and rasism. It describes the specifics of multicultural care considering religion as a factor influencing the level of care given to patients of certain religious groups. The theoretical part also deals with complications in multicultural care. The conclusion of the theoretical part talks about the future and main rules of multicultural care. The practical part is made of a research focused on the knowledge of nurses in selected parts of multicultural care, considering their highest achieved education and the lenghth of their work experience. The first area of research are the specifics of the first contact with a patient of different culture, with the five main selected religions being Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism. The second area of research are the specifics of nourishment and eating habits of patients of different cultures, also targeted at the five main religoius groups. The practical result of the thesis is educational material of the same name, based on the information found in the research. This is a brief thesis description, without any description and used methods, but with result.en
