| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života uživatelů individuálně a konfekčně vyrobených mechanických vozíků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je definována role ergoterapeuta u výběru vozíku, dále jsou popsány druhy a možnosti nastavení mechanických vozíků a možné zdravotní komplikace vzniklé nevhodně nastaveným vozíkem. V závěru teoretické části je rozebírána tématika financování a nároků na příspěvek od pojišťovny. Dále práce pokračuje praktickou částí, která se zabývá hodnocením mechanických vozíků jejich vlastními uživateli. Dalším tématem praktické části je míra participace odborníka při výběru vozíku v České republice a v neposlední řadě se praktická část věnuje definováním rozdílů mezi individuálně a konfekčně vyrobených mechanických vozíků. Rozdíly jsou zkoumány v oblasti mechaniky jízdy, nastavení vozíku vůči antropometrii uživatele a v oblasti ergonomie sedu vozíčkářů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on the quality of life of wheelchair users using custom-made and prefabricated manual wheelchairs. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the role of the ergonomist in selecting the wheelchair, the types of manual wheelchairs and their adjustment possibilities and describes possible health complications caused by inappropriately adjusted wheelchairs. At the conclusion of the theoretical part, the topics of financing and insurance contribution entitlement are discussed. The thesis continues with the practical part, which covers the evaluation of manual wheelchairs by their users. Another topic of the practical part is the extent of expert involvement in selecting a wheelchair in the Czech Republic. Finally, the practical part defines the differences between custom-made and prefabricated manual wheelchairs. The differences are examined in the areas of driving mechanics and wheelchair adjustments in relation to the wheelchair user's anthropometry and seating ergonomics. | en |
