dc.description.abstract-translated	The author of this paper attempts to rethink the dominant a priori negative conception of populism. He sees populism as a correction of politics that has become too far removed from the people. He shows that it is not anti-democratic. The author finds the meaning of populism in protecting society from social instability and cultural destruction.	en
