| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je vedena formou systematické rešerše a zabývá se fyzioterapií po komplikované extrakci třetího moláru. Bakalářská práce podrobně zkoumá anatomii a kineziologii temporomandibulárního kloubu, základní poznatky o extrakcích zubů a shrnuje fyzioterapeutické metody umožňující zmírnění bolesti, otoku a obnovení pohybu a funkce temporomandibulárního kloubu. Cílem bylo analyzovat možnosti fyzioterapeutické intervenci po extrakci třetího moláru a analyzovat jejich účinnost. Do literární rešerše bylo zařazeno pomocí systematického vyhledávání 5 studií publikovaných mezi lety 2022 až 2024, s využitím databází Web of Science, PubMed a Pro Quest. V rámci rešerše byl zhodnocen a porovnán vliv aktuálně využívaných fyzioterapeutických intervencí jako jsou manuální techniky, laserová terapie, kinesiotaping, kryoterapie a další, na základě čehož byl potvrzen značný potenciál přispět k urychlení rekonvalescence pacienta a předcházet dlouhodobým postoperativním dysfunkcím. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is conducted in the form of a systematic research and deals with physiotherapy after complicated third molar extraction. The bachelor's thesis examines in detail the anatomy and kinesiology of the temporomandibular joint, basic knowledge about tooth extractions and summarizes physiotherapeutic methods to relieve pain, swelling and restore movement and function of the temporomandibular joint. The aim was to analyse the possibilities of physiotherapeutic intervention after third molar extraction and analyse their effectiveness. The literature search included the following systematic search of 5 studies published between 2022 and 2024, using Web of Science, PubMed and Pro Quest databases. The search evaluated and compared the impact of currently used physiotherapy interventions such as manual techniques, laser therapy, kinesiotaping, cryotherapy and others, confirming their significant potential to contribute to accelerating recovery of the patient and prevent long-term postoperative dysfunctions. | en |
