dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá histopatologickou diagnostikou tumorů prsu s podrobnějším zaměřením na peroperační biopsie, jejich indikace, využití, možnosti a limitace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsaná anatomická struktura prsu, dále je upozorněno na rizikové faktory vzniku nádorového onemocnění a následně probrána histopatologická diagnostika rakoviny prsu. Praktická část pojednává o zpracování tkáně metodou peroperační biopsie, imunohistochemie a barvení HE (hematoxylin - eosin). Ze statistického zpracování dat a z literatury byly vyvozeny pozitivní i negativní aspekty peroperačního vyšetření, nicméně s omezeným rozsahem diagnostických dat není možné učinit celkové objektivní zhodnocení prospěšnosti peroperačního vyšetření lézí prsu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with histopathological diagnostis of breast tumors with a more focus on peroperative biopsies, their indications, utilization, possibilities and limitations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the anatomical structure is described, as well as the risk factors of the onset of cancer and the histopathological diagnosis of breast cancer is discussed. The practical part then deals with the tissue processing by peroperative biopsy, the use of immunohistochemistry and HE staining (hematoxylin- eosin). From the statistical data analysis and the literature, both positive and negative aspects of intraoperative consultation were derived. However, the diagnostic data were not sufficient to objective determine the overall usefulness of intraoperative diagnosis.en
