dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje elitní demokracii J. A. Schumpetera. Základní tezí je zjistit, jak je ovlivněna aplikace Schumpeterova teoretického modelu jím vytyčenými podmínkami.Práce se v první části věnuje teoretickému modelu. V dalších částech je zkoumána absence či přítomnost podmínek v jednotlivých zkoumaných systémech. Případové studie se zaměřují na Velkou Británii, Českou republiku a Albánskou republiku. V závěrečných kapitolách jednotlivých studií je shrnuto jak a proč systém reálně funguje. Dále jaké podmínky jsou přítomny či nepřítomny. Výstup ze zkoumané teze je uveden v Závěru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis paper presents Schumpeter?s model of democracy and its application to the three exemplary case studies. The first part describes Schumpeter?s theoretical model. In this paper the model itself is described and its critique, as well as the possible variants of its interpretations, is presented. In this chapter, the conditions required for appropriate application of this model are depicted. In the presented study cases, the model is applied to three states (i.e. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Northern Ireland, the Czech Republic, and the Republic of Albania). The main examined factor is the influence of possible absence of these conditions on the practical functioning of the political system. The main posed question is whether this model can democratically operate in every environment, or whether its improper application can generate democratic deficits of the authoritative regime.en
