dc.description.abstract-translatedThe introductory part of the paper consists of the basic description of Louis‘ Wing focused on disposition and communication scheme. In the following part, results of fireboxes‘ analyses are described in detail as well as premises used for tilled stoves service with emphasis on two fireboxes from the second half of the 16th century, designed for slow and regulated cooking or warming, often referred to as “ember cooking”.en
