dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá rozborem institutu státního občanství v České republice. Obsahuje historický průřez od roku 1918 až po současnou právní úpravu. Dále se autor věnuje jednotlivým způsobům jeho nabývání a pozbývání, dvojímu občanství a řízení o udělení českého občanství. V části věnované Ruské federaci zmiňuje historický vývoj institutu v bývalém SSSR a rozebírá současnou platnou právní úpravu.V závěru práce zhodnotí právní úpravu v obou státech a přístup k občanům.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is devoted to analysis of the state citizenship institute. It contains historical development of the meaning since 1918 till the current legal changings. Then the author analyses the ways of acquisition and loss of citizenship, the questions of dual citizenship, prcedure for granting citizenship of the Czech republic.In the chapters devoted to the Russian Federation we try to investigate the historical development od this problem in the former USSR and the valid modern laws,concerning the problems of citizenship. In conclusion we evaluate the legislation of both states and relationships between the states and citizens.en
