dc.description.abstractV mé diplomové práci se čtenáři dozví, co se skrývá pod pojmem soudní komisař. V několika kapitolách jsem se snažila čtenářům popsat, co znamenal od roku 1848 pojem notář jako soudní komisař a notářský úřad a jak vnímáme tyto pojmy dnes. V první kapitole jsem se snažila popsat historický vývoj soudního komisaře, jejich vznikající postavení a obtížné prosazování právního povolání mezi ostatními právními povoláními. V dalších kapitolách se již zabývám současnou úpravou notářství jako soudního komisariátu. Vysvětluji podle notářského řádu pojmy a spojenou agendu soudního komisaře.V těchto kapitolách jsem se snažila vyjádřit i mé poznatky, které jsem získala během své praxe v notářské kanceláři.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my diploma thesis readers will learn what is hidden under the term judical commissioner. In several chapters I have tried to describe to readers what the term notary as a judical commissioner and notary office has meant since 1848 and how we comprehend these terms today. In the first chapter I tried to describe the historical development of the judical commissioner, notary appear position and the difficult enforcement of his legal pro-fession among other legal professions. In the following chapters I deal with the current regulation of notary as a ju-dical commissariat. I explain the concept and connected agenda of the judical com-missioner according to the notarial regulations. In these chapters I tried to express my knowledge, which I gained during my practice in a notary's office.en
