dc.description.abstractCílem práce je analýza současného stavu procesu řízení znalostí ve výzkumné organizaci zaměřené na aplikovaný výzkum, identifikace nedostatků či absence nástrojů pro řízení znalostí. Dále zhodnocení aplikovaných metod řízení znalostí, analýza alternativních možností a výběr vhodného souboru nástrojů pro daný typ organizace, a to zejména prostřednictvím návrhu optimalizací procesů řízení znalostí a nových procesů a struktur, které by organizaci umožnily efektivnější správu, kontrolu a distribuci znalostí, společně s vytvořením nástrojů pro přenos technologií, jakožto výstupů výzkumných projektů, do aplikační sféry.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work aims to analyze the current status of the knowledge management process in an applied research-oriented organization. Special attention is paid to the identification of shortcomings, issues, and/or the absence of tools in the area of knowledge management. Furthermore, evaluation of applied knowledge management methods, analysis of alternative approaches, and selection of a suitable set of tools for a given type of organization, especially through the design of the optimized knowledge management processes are elaborated in detail. New processes and structures enabling the organization the more effective management, control and distribution of knowledge, tools for technology transfer, as well as outputs of research projects are proposed, to improve the applicability in the industrial environment.en
