| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se snažila zanalyzovat celkový stav již dospělých osob s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Cílem bylo zjistit, v jaké míře se zdravotní stav osob s touto diagnózou zhoršuje, jak velké jsou jejich sekundární problémy a ztráta soběstačnosti postupem let a zdali tyto problémy souvisí s nedostatečnou indikací ucelené rehabilitace. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické části, která se zabývá charakteristikou dětské mozkové obrny, sekundárními problémy a možnostmi využití ucelené rehabilitace pro nácvik či udržení soběstačnosti a praktické části, kde jsou zpracovány odpovědi respondentů a následně konfrontovány s hypotézami. Pro tuto bakalářskou práci byl použit kvantitativní výzkum, formou dotazování prostřednictvím dotazníku. Dotazník obsahoval 14 jednoduchých otázek, které zjišťovali, jaké složky z ucelené rehabilitace respondenti využívají, jakými problémy trpí v současné době a zdali se jejich zdravotní stav po dovršení plnoletosti zhoršil. Návratnost dotazníků byla 70%. Byly stanoveny tři hypotézy, z nichž byla potvrzena pouze jedna. Zbylé dvě byly potvrzeny jen částečně. Je zřejmě potřeba shromáždit mnohem více respondentů a podrobněji konkretizovat otázky pro šetření, k obdržení přesnějších výsledků. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis tried to analyze the overall condition of adult persons with cerebral palsy. The aim was to find out, how is health condition of people with this diagnosis getting worse, how big are their secondary problems and the loss of self-sufficiency over the years and whether these problems are related to insufficient indication of comprehensive rehabilitation. The bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical part, which deals with the characteristics of cerebral palsy, secondary problems and possibilities of using comprehensive rehabilitation for and the practical part, where the answers of respondents are processed and confronted with hypotheses. For this bachelor thesis was used quantitative research, in the form of questioning through the questionnaire. The questionnaire contained 14 simple questions that investigated what components of the comprehensive rehabilitation respondent's use, what problems they suffer at the moment, and whether their health has deteriorated after the age of adulthood. The return rate of the questionnaires was 70%. Defined were three hypotheses and only one was confirmed. The other two were only partially confirmed. Apparently is a needed to gather many more respondents and define the issue of cerebral palsy within its forms to get more accurate results. | en |
