dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na statistické zpracování dat pacientů, kteří prodělali cévní mozkovou příhodu. Data pocházejí ze znalostní báze experimentálního lékařského systému, jehož technologické pozadí je ve stručnosti představeno. Byly navrhnuty statistické metody s ohledem na charakter dat a požadované typy statistických analýz. Sérií příkazů ve statistickém prostředí R byla navrhnuta statistická aplikace, která umožňuje budoucí statistické zpracování nových dat ze znalostní báze systému. Aplikace byla otestována na aktuálním souboru dat, kde jsou data také testována dalšími metodami.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the diploma thesis was to statistical processing of data on patients who have had stroke. Data come from the knowledge base of medical experimental system, the technological background is briefly introduced. Statistical methods have been designed with regard to the nature of the types of data and statistical analyzes. Series of commands in environment for statistical computing R was designed statistical application that enables the future statistical processing of new data from knowledge base. The application was tested on the current data file where the data is also tested by other method.en
