dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma "Vliv stresu na pacienta s Morbus Crohn" analyzuje souvislost vlivu působení stresových faktorů na pacienty trpící Crohnovou chorobou při jejím nevypočitatelném průběhu. Po seznámení s anatomickými poměry zažívacího traktu je přiblížena Crohnova choroba včetně diagnostiky a možností léčby. Znázorněna je nutriční podpora pacienta s Crohnovou chorobou. Zabývá se psychosomatikou a účinky stresových faktorů na pacienty s Crohnovou chorobou. V praktické části jsou rozebrány a porovnány kazuistiky dvou mladých žen, které vystihují problematiku působení stresu na pacienta s Crohnovou chorobou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis on theme "Influence of stress on the patient with Crohn disease" is analysing the connection between the influences of stress factors on patients with Crohn disease during its unpredictable development. After explanation of anatomical parameters of the digestion tract we describe the Crohn disease including its diagnosis and treatment possibilities. The nutrition support of the patient with Crohn disease is described, also psychosomatic aspect of disease and influence of stress factors on patients with Crohn disease. In practical part are cases of two young women are described and compared, wich characterize the problem of stress influence on patients with Crohn disease.en
