| dc.description.abstract | Rigorózní práce se zaměřuje na vymáhání pohledávek okresních soudů. Práce podrobně rozebírá jednotlivé typy pohledávek soudů dle jejich exekučních titulů a rozebírá specifika vymáhání jednotlivých pohledávek s důrazem na vymáhání pohledávek postupem dle daňového řádu. Dále práce rozebírá konkrétní postupy jednotlivých okresních soudů při vymáhání pohledávek a porovnává úspěšnost, efektivitu a soulad se zákonem. Závěrem tato práce porovnává úpravu vymáhání pohledávek ve Slovenské republice. | cs |
