| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou návrhu a realizace online diagnostického systému pro monitorování diagnostických signálů. Teoretická část byla vypracována dle odborné literatury. Nejprve jsou popsány materiály pro funkční a konstrukční účely elektrických strojů a jejich vlastnosti. Dále jsou zde uvedeny různé přístupy k diagnostice a motivace k využití diagnostického procesu. Poté jsou analyzovány degradační procesy a jejich důsledky. V části praktické se již práce zaměřuje na návrh, realizaci a testování online diagnostického systému. Fáze návrhu zahrnuje výběr týkající se senzorů a PLC modulů, zatímco fáze realizace popisuje stavbu a testování prvního funkčního systému. Poté byl navržen první soupis a rozvržení dalších nezbytných komponent pro systém aplikovatelný ve skutečném provozu v průmyslových podmínkách. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny některé možné způsoby vyhodnocování získaných dat ze senzorů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This submitted diploma thesis deals with the problematics of the design and realization of an online diagnostic system for diagnostic signals monitoring. The theoretical part was elaborated in accordance with technical literature. First, materials for functional and construction purposes of electrical machines and their properties are described. Next, different approaches to the diagnostics and motivation for using of a diagnostic process are introduced. Then degradation processes and their effects are analyzed. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the design, realization and testing of an online diagnostic system. The design phase includes the selection of sensors and PLC modules, while the realization phase describes assembly and testing of the first functional system. Afterwards, the first inventory and layout of further necessary components for the system applicable in real service under industrial conditions are proposed. In the end of the thesis several approaches to the evaluation of data obtained from sensors are given. | en |
