| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na informovanost žen o porodu císařským řezem před, během porodu a po něm a jaké podpůrné intervence jsou jim poskytnuty zdravotníky. Díky dotazníkovému šetření jsme zjistili, že péče porodních asistentek o ženu při porodu císařským řezem je hodnocena často negativně z pohledu žen. Vyplynulo, že ženy nedostaly dostatečnou péči porodní asistentky. Ženám chyběla empatie a porozumění, informovanost při výkonech spojených s císařským řezem, psychická podpora, edukace v péči o jizvu, o kojení a psychice. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis focuses on women's awareness of cesarean delivery before, during and after delivery and what supportive interventions are provided by health professionals. Through a questionnaire survey, we found that midwives' care of women during caesarean delivery is often evaluated negatively from the women's perspective. It was found that women did not receive sufficient care from midwives. Women lacked em-pathy and understanding, information during caesarean section procedures, psychological support, education on scar care, breastfeeding and psyche. | en |
