dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma Vnímání chirurgické léčby ulcerózní kolitidy pacientem se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na stručnou anatomii trávicího traktu, dále pak na charakteristiku, diagnostiku, komplikace a léčbu Ulcerózní kolitidy. V jedné z kapitol bude blíže specifikována péče o pacienty s nutností léčby chirurgickým způsobem. Poslední kapitola teoretické práce se zaměřuje na spojení psychiky a ulcerózní kolitidy. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. S účelně vybranými participanty byly provedeny rozhovory. Cílem rozhovorů bylo zjistit, jak pacienti s ulcerózní kolitidou vnímají a vyrovnávají se s chirurgickou léčbou svého onemocnění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis on Patient perception of surgical treatment of ulcerative colitis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the brief anatomy of the digestive tract, then on the characteristics, diagnosis, complications and treatment of Ulcerative Colitis. In one of the chapters the care of patients with the need for surgical treatment will be specified in more detail. The last chapter of the theoretical work focuses on the connection between psyche and ulcerative colitis. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on qualitative research investigation. Interviews were conducted with purposively selected participants. The aim of the interviews was to find out how patients with ulcerative colitis perceive and cope with the surgical treatment of their disease.en
