dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání synchronních usměrňovačů se Schottkyho diodami. Nejprve jsou stručně popsány základy Schottkyho diod a synchronních usměrňovačů. Poté jsou ukázány aplikace, ve kterých se nacházejí synchronní usměrňovače. Ve třetí kapitole jsou porovnány synchronní usměrňovače a Schottkyho diody. Následující část se věnuje řídícím obvodům. Pátá část se zabývá návrhem a měřením synchronních usměrňovačů. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on comparison of synchronous rectifiers and rectifiers with Schottky diodes. Firstly, there are briefly described basics of the Schottky diodes and the synchronous rectifiers. Next, there are shown some applications of the synchronous rectifiers. In the third chapter, there are the synchronous rectifiers compared to the Schottky diodes. The following part of the thesis is dedicated to control circuits. The fifth part deals with design and measurement of the synchronous rectifiers. There are summarized findings at the end of this thesis.en
