dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na institut státního občanství ČR. Největší pozornost je ve třetí kapitole věnována současné právní úpravě státního občanství České republiky. První kapitola vykládá pojem státního občanství, právo státního občanství a prameny práva státního občanství. Druhá kapitola se zabývá historickým vývojem státního občanství, čtvrtá kapitola navazuje na nabývání státního občanství výkladem o pozbývání státního občanství. Práce je zakončena pátou kapitolou o prokazování státního občanství a zjišťování státního občanství. V rámci první kapitoly je zahrnuta též problematika dvojího státního občanství, bezdomovectví, občanství Evropské unie a cenné příklady z judikatury týkající se státního občanství. Cílem práce je tedy poskytnout kvalitní přehled o institutu státního občanství a s ním úzce souvisejících pojmech, a to s hlavním zaměřením na právní úpravu nabývání a pozbývání státního občanství.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present diploma thesis focuses on the citizenship as a legal institution. In the third chapter, the existing legal regulation of the acquisition of citizenship is described in detail. The first chapter defines the notions of citizenship, citizenship law and sources of citizenship law. In the second chapter, the historical development of citizenship is outlined. The fourth chapter follows the text on the acquisition by discussing the loss of citizenship. The final chapter of the thesis, i.e. the fifth one, deals with the establishment and determination of citizenship. Furthermore, the first chapter discusses the dual citizenship, absence of citizenship, EU citizenship and gives valuable examples from the relevant case law. The present thesis aims to provide a comprehensive outline of citizenship as a legal institution and of related concepts, with most emphasis being placed on the legal regulation of the acquisition and loss of citizenship.en
