| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická část této práce se zabývá analýzou controllingu, jeho definicí, vývojem, organizací a funkcemi. Samostatná kapitola je zaměřena na manažerské účetnictví a jeho souvislost s controllingem. V další části jsou popsány základní controllingové nástroje a metody. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení společnosti a analýzu jejích controllingových aktivit, zejména reportingu a monitoringu. Závěr práce obsahuje návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení těchto aktivit ve zvolené společnosti. | cs |
