dc.description.abstractObsahem mé bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro stavební povolení pro novostavbu Rodinného penzionu. Toto zahrnuje návrh architektonicko stavebního řešení, stavebně konstrukčního řešení včetně statického posudku prvků nejvíce zatíženého hlavního dřevěného rámu (hlavní nosné trámy, nosné trámky podlah a nejzatíženější sloup v nejnižším místě rámu). V neposlední řadě je předmětem této práce návrh koncepce protipožárního bezpečnostního řešení. Dále je obsahem této práce posouzení tepelně technických vlastností navržených konstrukcí. Pro vypracování technických výkresů architektonicko a stavebně konstrukčního řešení byl použit grafický software Archicad 27, dále pro posouzení hlavních nejvíce zatížených prvků dřevěného rámu byl použit statický software FIN EC 2024.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of my bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation at the stage for building permit for a family guesthouse. This includes the architectural design and structural solutions, including a static assessment of the most heavily loaded main wooden frame elements (main load-bearing beams, load-bearing floor beams, and the most loaded column in the lowest place of the frame). Last but not least, the subject of this work is the design of a fire safety solution concept. Furthermore, the content of this work includes an assessment of the thermal technical properties of the proposed structures. The graphic software Archicad 27 was used to prepare technical drawings of the architectural and structural solutions, and the static software FIN EC 2024 was used to assess the main most heavily loaded elements of the wooden frame.en
