dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje tématu organizace vojenského soudnictví v českých zemích, a to konkrétně v letech 1848 až 1938. Primárním cílem této práce je představení legislativy, která byla stěžejní pro organizaci a vývoj vojenského soudnictví. Diplomová práce dále nastíní historii organizace vojenského soudnictví, pojmy, úpravu vojenského soudnictví u československých zahraničních jednotek apod. Součást práce dále tvoří juristické rozbory zákonů, které ovlivnily vývoj vojenského soudnictví. Podstata diplomové práce tkví v poskytnutí souhrnného chronologického přehledu dané problematiky, v důsledku kterého se bude každý čtenář schopen zorientovat v právní úpravě a získat celkový přehled o dané problematice, což je cílem této diplomové práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis focuses on the topic of the organization of military judiciary in the Czech lands, specifically in the years 1848 to 1938. The primary objective of the thesis is to present the legislation that was essential for the organization and development of the military judiciary. Furthermore, the thesis outlines the history of the organization of military judiciary, relevant legal terminology, the regulation of military judiciary within Czechoslovak foreign military units, and related aspects. The work also includes legal analyses of laws that influenced the development of the military judiciary. The essence of the diploma thesis lies in providing a comprehensive chronological overview of the given issue, enabling each reader to navigate the legal framework and gain an overall understanding of the topic, which is the goal of this thesis.en
