Sledování antiedematózních účinků různých druhů fyzikální terapie v léčbě konkrétního onemocnění.

| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sledování antiedematózního účinku fyzikální terapie po artroskopickém výkonu kolenního kloubu. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje antiedematózní účinek a fyzikální terapie s tímto účinkem. Dále se zabývá problematikou kolenního kloubu, jeho poraněním, vyšetřením, artroskopií a indikacemi k tomuto výkonu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na samotné sledování účinků jednotlivých fyzikálních terapií na redukci otoku kolenního kloubu. Byli zvoleni 3 pacienti, kteří podstoupili cyklus 10 rehabilitací. Rehabilitace obsahovala individuální cvičení, hydroterapii a aplikaci fyzikální terapie. Každému pacientovi byl aplikován jiný druh. Prvnímu magnetoterapie, druhému kombinovaná terapie a třetímu negativní termoterapie. K hodnocení míry otoku bylo použito antropometrické obvodové měření dolních končetin, pomocí páskové míry. Cílem bylo prokázat, zda uvedené terapie mají vliv na redukci otoku, a která z uvedených má největší antiedematózní účinek. Z výsledků je patrné, že antiedematózní účinek byl zaznamenán u všech sledovaných pacientů a k největší redukci otoku došlo u pacienta, který podstoupil cyklus magnetoterapie. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Bachelor's thesis is focused on monitoring antiedematous effects of physical therapy after arthroscopic knee joint surgery. Thesis is devided into theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part is describing antiedematous effect and physical therapy with this effect. It also deals with issues of the knee joint, its injuries, examination, arthroscopy and indications for this surgery. Practical part is focused on monitoring effects of individual physical therapies on reduction of swelling of the knee joint. Three patients who underwent cycle of 10 therapies were selected. Rehabilitation contains individual exercises, hydrotherapy and application of physical therapy. Each patient received a different kind of therapy. First patient had magnetotherapy, second one had combination therapy and third patient had negative thermotherapy. Anthropometric circumferential measurements of lower limbs were used to evaluate the degree of swelling, using a tape measure. The goal was to demonstrate whether these therapies have an effect on reducing swelling and which of these therapies have the greatest antiedematous effect. The results show that antiedematous effect was occured among all monitoring subjects and the greatest reduction of swelling occurred in patient, who underwent a cycle of magnetotherapy. | en |
