| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá uzavřením manželství v České republice a stejně tak i v jiných státech. Tato práce obsahuje základní informace o dokladech, které musí být k uzavření manželství doloženy. Nedílnou součástí jsou také podmínky, jež musí být splněny, aby manželství bylo platné na základě právních předpisů ČR. Mimo zákonných práv a povinností jsem zde také uvedla i základní přehled sňatečných obřadů ale i jiných způsobů uzavření manželství. | cs |
